From what I've been hearing many times, is most wait until they are in their 30s to get married and have babies. well that is here in the United States so I don't know about Philipines. 35 is young so I don't see the harm. I would be concerned if its ok to get pregnant while you are having gallstones. Really is best to ask doctors concerning these issues.

In June of 2003 i had my gallbladder removed because i was having HORRIBLE attacks that would make me feel like i was going to die. :( I ended up having the surgery to remove it even though i didn't have insurance. Unfortunately i'm still paying for it, however i feel a million times better. I did find out however that i was pregnant while i had my surgery, i didn't realize it at the time since my cycles have never been normal. =\ Until we had our first ultrasounds and such we were so worried that something had happened to the baby but he turned out to be fine and is a rowdy 4, almost 5 year old now. :) I know of people who have gallbladder issues all during pregnancy, just be warned however that pregnancy can make gallbladder issues worsen and attacks more frequent. :) Good luck. ;D

It depends on the size of your gallstones and if they are blocking your ducts or not. You may want to consider getting your gallbladder out prior to your pg or atleast find out what your OB thinks as well.
I had an attack @ 34 weeks pg w/ my 1st & if my stones weren't little they were going to do an emergency c/s & a gall bladder surgery all in one shot. As to reach the gall bladder it would force me into labor so I would of had a premie on my hands. They opted for me to be on a FAT FREE diet for 6weeks & if I had another attack I would of had to get the procedure + the c/s at that time. Let me tell you a 100% FAT FREE diet is awfully bland. I think my fav things were cold cereal, fruit, and spaghetti. As it's the fats in food that cause the gallstones & increase the attacks.

My younger brother was born when my Mom was in her mid-thirties. Her pregnancy went just fine, and because she had him later in life that she had me, she had a lot more patience with him. I also personally know a woman who is 39 and just had a baby girl. The baby is 4 months old and doing great. She told me that having this baby at her age is the most precious gift and blessing in her life.
I think being 35 and pregnent is just fine, but I recommend taking care of those gall stones first.
