How does McDonalds make profit on selling their double cheeseburgers for $1? Isn't that a lot of food to only be a dollar? must be cheap meat?

They can afford this because they charge 3 or 4 times more for a big mac which isnt much more meat, its just more bread and toppings..the rest of their items are so over priced that they can have things on the 1 dollar menu and still make profit..besides im sure they sell far more of the big sandwiches then they do the double cheeseburgers so they make out that way too.
