If you were one of the suspects, what would you do ?

There are two suspects caught by the police, and they are detained in two different rooms. The police tells them :
1- If one of you confess and the other does not confess, the one that confess won't be put into prison and can have rewards. The other one would be put into prison for three years.
2- If both of you confess, then each of you would be sentenced to 1 year prison.
3- If both of you won't confess, then both of you would be released.
If you were one of the suspects, what would you do ?

Where in the world will you find that kind of offers? LOL. Of course I'd choose to confess, but confess only the truth. It didn't mention to admit right? So you are free to confess whether to admit or not. happy posting!!

I'm not sure what the heck I would do in that situation. It would be very hard for me to confess to something I had not done to begin with.

Ho curious-I would do no 3...I like my freedom and if I was/am innocent of a crime there is no way I would confess to something I haven't done...littleowl
