last time i have posted about my problem in getting the refund for the cellphone that i have bought in a store..i have confronted the store owner and had demanded a refund since they can't give me a decently working phone..after a week at last i got the refund that i wanted after so many days of going back and forth to the store to discuss the matters with them..i gave them no choice..even if they want to replace the phone again with another phone i did not agree..i still insisted on my refund..so there last Saturday October 4 i got the refund..though they deducted 250php i have accepted it and bought a brand new phone this time..and i have really learned my lesson on this..i will never buy again a reconditioned phone..

Aw! Seriously, why would you buy a reconditioned phone? I'd buy an old model anytime than a reconditioned one. Anyway, I'm happy you got some of your money back. :)

it is because i needed a phone right away and it was the only phone that fits my budget then..i know it is stupid to buy such phone but i have tried my luck then..but i haven't got any luck and i am happy i got the refund..

Oh yeah that is really your right for you to demand for your payment if the phone you bought is not functioning properly. Reconditioned phones are very risky when you buy. Although you can find some reconditioned phones that are good as new but those are very few and most do still have defects. Well your lucky that your persistence worked out just fine with you.

yes i am really lucky to have he refund..some says that it will impossible but i did not believe them and still insisted a refund,,

my sister bought a china phone and had it replaced a couple of time,four times to be exact. Its your right to demand that since you we're the customer. there are a lot of reconditoned phone here in the philippines and its really cheap to buy reconditioned phone but thinking of the damages at end you still lose because you have to buy another one. Good thing your money was refuded. thanks and happy mylotting!

well, good to hear that you got your refund.,well be careful in buying celphones., better buy a new one than to buy a refurbished or reconditioned., cause for sure you might encounter problems.,so just to about it go for the new.,

haha.. That's good for u ^_^ I think they are just scared of u too.. Running to and fro to their shop everyday, complaining, and wanting a refund.. I guess they are scared that it will affect their business and thsu they decide to refund u the money.. hehe ^_^

Hahahaha the sales lady was a victim of my wrath..i have demanded so very persistently and they gave in..hahaha maybe they chose to give the refund instead of seeing me there averytime

Finally! You got your refund now sis. 
That's good to hear. It's better to deduct that 250 pesos than not to get the refund at all. Good choice in buying a brand new phone. You will shell out more on a new one but the quality will almost always be incomparable to a reconditioned phone. Take care of your new phone alright? God bless.

Ha!ha!ha! I'm happy for you! You deserved it. Never mind the P250 what is important is you were able to refund the bigger percentage of the money. And you must also be thankful that they paid back and from that you learned a good lesson...that next time... you will say NO, NO, to reconditioned phones.

i think it's better to buy used phone or what we call here in the Philippines second hand. i don't agree in purchasing a reconditioned phone because it's too risky and waste of money. i also don't patronize china made phones, the one that they imitated from the original nokia phones. practicality wise yes it is cheap and it really looks like the real nokia phone but we can't tell what risks are we dealing with because as we know china products are not so safe to use nowadays.
