Is Bennette's "ability" great luck?

I starting to think that Benette hat an ability to, an ability that one can't cisually see, but is there,he is got a bigger amount tha any normal humanbeing can have,a huge amount of luck(like in a RPG,some charakter don't have great abilitys or streanghts,hitpoints,defense but have great amount of luck..his "ability" is luck,and he might even know it,thats why he risks so much against such guys with great powers?)
(but when ever he tells somebody his ability is luck,he doesn't have it at the moment or so,thats why he does't tell anybody?)

I wonder if the Benette you are mentioning is Claire or the father? Well, Claire's ability to regenerate is something.

I don't think so, although your reasoning is plausible. I, however, think that luck is not an ability.
Anyway, here's my opinion. If Bennett had an ability, the Company would most certainly know. Noah simply has a lot of working knowledge of many people with special abilities and, besides, he always has a special person he is working in tandem with. Even when he was being hunted, he had West Rosen to help him. West had proven to be extremely useful by slamming Elle against a car and knocking her unconscious allowing Noah to disarm and incapacitate Mohinder. Now he has Sylar, and Meredith Gordon.

lol! that would make sense though wouldnt it?! he HAS magically survived facing down a number of "bad guys" including Sylar more than once! and lived to tell the tale and not been maimed in the process.
Benette being a regular human, Sylar at least should have been able to just wipe the floor with him!
perhaps something will develop with him in this season..since so many things are changing already!

well, he is obviously a lucky guy but i doubt he had powers, up untill his blood was infused with claires when he was shot in the eye. on the new series. nathan petrelli was given the immortals blood and came back to life after being shot at the end of the second series, similar to bennets recovery from his gunshot. I wonder more about Hiro's mother and father, and nathan and Peter petrelli's parents, what their powers were/are

Ya, you have a point. His just a normal being yet have so much encounter with "special ability" and still alive and kicking at the very moment. So much luck for a normal guy like him.
