News!!! Woman Fell In Freezer!!!!!!

This is something i dont understand. A woman died falling into her freezer today. How the heck does something like that happen? Was she to hot and needed to cool off from a hot date or something. But i am just curious how the heck that could happen?
The news didnt say what had happen or how it happen. So maybe there can be some ideas.

What the heck..? She fell into her freezer? I mean, how? I thought freezers were part of refridgarators? And how could she fall in unless that thing was placed horizontally?
Hmm, even if I wanted to fall into my freezer, I don't think I could fit in there :o
Heres one idea : Maybe she wanted to get some ice... and she accidently fell inside.. Then she was an old lady and couldn't get out, and she froze?

She was probably trying to reach for something in the bottom/back of the freezer, lost her balance and fell in. Easy if it's a large freezer with not much in it. I used to have one like that.
The movement of the woman falling into the freezer probably caused it to shake and the door to slam shut behind her. A freezer cannot be opened from the inside.
