how much you expect from your friends

it is known to all of us that we make friends with those whom we think have the same values as we have and who can understand us. so, if you are in a situation where you need your friends help and if you ask them... do you think they will leave all and come to help you?
like your car in broken down and you are away from home, it's late night and you call your friend and ask for help, will he/she?
and what if they ask you the same? what will you do?

while it is true that it's nice to have friends who share the same values with us,i don't expect my friends to act or think exactly the same way that i do.if a friend badly needs my help,i would do everything i can to be of service to him/her.when i am the one who is in need of help,i may seek for a friend's assistance.however,should my friend fail to render me any help,i would understand.it could be that some circumstances hinder him/her from being there for me.well,i'm just so lucky that my friends are always there for me.they make my burdens lighter and my life happier.

i think it's up to me, if i can be there for my friend anytime they need my help so i guess my friend will be there for me too..

I do agree that it is good to make friends with those who share the way we think and also our values. It is sometimes not easy to find a good friend to depend on but it is important to have a reliable person or people of whom we can trust.
I know that I just like to help any body in general. I do care about friends and like to help as much as I can. There have been times where people have gone out of their way to help me and I do appreciate it. It is good to know that there are people out there who are good at heart.
