are you willing to donate a kidney for a friend?

If I was able to be a donor for a friend in dire need I most definitely would do so. The thought of being able to save the life of someone close would make me feel awesome!

yap, i will be willing to donate my kidney to a friend, wife, or people that are close to my heart. what i willn't do, is to exchange any part of my body for money

..actually, in my case i'm not permitted to donate any of my organs because i'll lose my life maybe 80% of it because I also am sick and under medication. But when someone I really dearly love asks for it specially my parents, I'll wholeheartedly give it to them. ..in any case I don't have bone marrow failure in this life, I could have done so to someone dearest for me that I don't want to lose.

It depends who is that friend? If he is my best of friend then go would I, but to just any of my friends maybe I'd think twice. First because it should be their family first who should do that for him or for her. I have to reserved mine for any of my family or loved ones who might be needing this help someday. However, if it so happened that none of her family is eligible and willing and her life is at risk then there and then would I consent to donate one of mine.

If a friend of mine was in need yeah i would donate a kidney to them, other than that they have to wait til i die before they take my organs.

yes i would..if it was for a CLOSE friend or family, then yes. i dont think i would just have it taken out and sell it though..there would need to be an immediate relation between the person getting it and me losing it

I'd be willing to donate a kidney not only to a friend but to anyone that really needs one! Not those who brought it on though !That being said I'd start with family first! I would never sell my organs for money unless I had no other choice!
