Is this wrong speaking against a PTC if you are not a member?

Many of us are involved with PTCs. There are also lots of ptc sites out there. But not everyone is a member of all the sites.
But when we see something about PTC(those who are involved) some of us may involve in a discussion related to a ptc which he/she is not a member of.
So if one person says something against a PTC which he/she is not a member of then is it wrong?
Also is it wrong if a site forces people to pay them to get paid?

I do think that it is wrong. If you have no personal experience with the site then you should not say bad things about it. You are just assuming or repeating what you have heard. And I do think that it is wrong for a site to require you to upgrade in order to get paid.
