i was just wondering if anyone else like me wakes up crying when things don't seem right in thier life? it seem that when i cry it is when things are upside down in my life and i donn't cry out loud i silently cry so no one else knows and then i wake up in the middle of the night crying. but this only happens when bills are piling up and no money is there to pay them and when me and my husband are arguing

i cry and i feel like crying every things go wrong in my life. there are a lot of desperate times when you feel like you you try your best to keep everything and everyone in good humour. but some times you fail to.. and there are people who get upset at you......whom you never can see upset. you cry as you see them not near you.
you just cry. those cries may be silent and at the same time they may be they may be loud in some isolated area. sometimes you cry to hope something good will happen after that. sometimes you cry when you have to laugh in the fear that you may get sorrows after that. you just cry desperately to make things sweet that they don't get.

sometimes things seem bad and sometimes they seem like they can never get worse than they already are. we just have to push through the mess and keep moving on. like right now i moved to phoenix to work for my sister and she owes me more than $4000 and refuses to pay me now i have to take her to court. how sad but true. she has moved my family from the east coast to the west and me and my hubby are fighting over money because of this. and i have been crying alot which is so unlike me.

i understand what you are going through. me and bf are having issues with money it turns to arguments and he may get over it but i will dwell on it and start to cry even though it may have been nothing to cry over....sometimes i wont get over for days and be stuck in a saddened slump. I also have issues with anxiety which tie into this but yes sweetie you aren't the only "suffering silently" . but if u need a shoulder to cry on just let me know b/c im here to help.

Now, I don’t cry anymore even if I want to, it seems that I have run out of tears to cry on; but before I always find myself crying when I’m alone. I don’t want to cry silently but I don’t want for my family to see me in that state. Sometimes I would cry in the middle of the night and fell asleep tired of crying. I worry a lot of things, I’m just 21 and don’t know what is there for me. I failed too many times and I don’t want it to happen again. There are so many bumps that keep me from reaching my dreams. It’s frustrating to live a life full of hoping and dreaming.

All people cry when they are sad , specially when you loose some body who was so close to you , a familly member or a best friend !!
Any why there are some people who consider crying as a sign of weakness , I can say that it is just a tool or a way that god gave it ro us to express our feelings in certain conditions , that almost of time would be sad .

Well even i was same, but later i realised crying over problems is not going to make any change. Rather, i decided to fight against problems and now i feel great.

Crying is known as a good exercise for new born babies right?
what I wanna say here is that crying is one way to strengthen an individual ..
It is a way to speak out the things we aren't able to say..and it lessens our heartaches and burden inside...
so it is still worth to cry whenever we find our tongue isn't brave enough to alter the words..

I cry. I would find time to cry and just cry because it is therapeutic for me. I mean, it's one way of letting out things that have been buried. There are articles saying that crying is healthy for ones mental health.
