Dinner is important meal in our daily routine. Dinner is usually are important beside breakfast and lunch. Almost all people have the dinner at different time. Some will have in the evening, some early night and some late a bit. I am curious to know what time you usually will have your dinner? Why?

Well my family, used to eat dinner around 9pm each night. Then one year our Pastor at our church requested that everyone fast from television shows (only 1 hour per day), eat dinner no later than 7:30pm and quite a few other eating stipulations. We took up the challenge and found that we had more energy to do the things we were accustom to doing on a daily basis. Ever since that fast, we eat between 6pm-7:30pm almost every night. Rarely we will eat after 7;30pm based on that days activities, etc...

Nice to share. This is the first time I heard about that. After thinking, I notice that, when I have dinner before 7.30pm, I do have a lot energy to do my activity. I heard some says, having dinner early will keep our body from gaining extra weight. Not sure if it true or not, but I heard many people says it.

That is actually true according to some research. While your body is resting. It is breaking down all of the previous things that you have put into it. Much like a well oiled machine. Everything has a time everything. A time to eat, a time to rest, a time for much activities, a time to sleep, so forth and so on. It's like seedtime and harvest. Whatever is sown will produce a harvest, whether good or bad, unfortunately; many people see the latter than the former; based on their childhood habits.

We always have dinner early at night. We became accustomed eating our dinner around 6:00 to 7:00 pm. My parents don’t want for us to have it late at night. It’s good to have early dinner for your body to digest it and don’t have to go to bed full.

If it's weekends we usually eat early it's before 6 p.m. so we can watch more movies at our dvd or some of us can do their own thing like going out on a date. Monday till friday it's usually 8 p.m. cause we still wait for the others to go home so we can eat all together. How about you? Good morning!

Well it depends. Like, tonight I'm going to cook later on. I don't really look at it like that, because I'm always so hungry. So I'll eat whatever I please whenever I please I guess.

I have dinner early. I will eat again after few hours having dinner. I get hungry really fast. Maybe because of my metabolism. I usually will have supper. I like to eat. I eat 6 times in a day.

We eat at 6pm. We have two children and that is the earliest we can all sit down and eat together. If my husband is ever later than that, we eat without him, but it doesn't often happen. Before we had children, we used to eat later up until 9 probably. The problem with eating later is that I feel bloated and don't get a chance to digest it properly before going to bed. Earlier just suits us all better - and gives us a chance to have a snack later!

Eating early do help digest the food we eat. Having late dinner won't help digest the food properly. Eating early do give the energy needed. It is also good for our health.

Dinner is sometimes 5:30. Sometimse 6:30. Sometimes 6:00. Sometimes 5:00. And sometimes even 4:30. And every so often as late as 7:00. It really just depends on what else is going on.
