Question About Money Making Sites

Do most of the various sites require a website?
I don't have one, and I don't much mess with referrals either. No one wants to join, because they think it's either a scam, or that it's not worth messing with pay for pennies being earned, and hours spent earning them.
I think I'd prefer finding some honest sites for writing items. I have just joined one of them, but am still working through what's what there, and how to determine what is the best route to take earning wise.
But I really do enjoy MyLot. It's fairly simple and easy to learn the ropes here. :-)

HI Classy: I've always felt that way too, even when I was selling products
whether on ebayor amazon or on my own website when you tell or ask your
friends and family to even take a look at it, I think they'd rather have
their teeth pulled, seriously!!
And the sad thing is not one member of my family has ever ever ever bought
a thing from me to help me out in all the years I've been on disability since 1996
you'd think I'd learn but no I keep asking them;
Its hard to get referrals from anyone I think and then if they do accept
you don't want to "nag them" to do something productive on the site you know?
its hard its just hard!!
it took me a long time to get here on mylot via my friend Jerzgirl but
in my defense I was and am always busy trying to promote my website to no avail.
but long story short, I'm here I love it, and I've found a couple other
good sites to earn some money, and here's the catch...if you like to join
me PM me and I'll send you a few links to check out, some are on my profile
here but not all of them...LOL! ( WICKED AREN'T I )??? LOL!!

If you love writing you'll love Ciao. I've only recently just joined, about three days ago and i've already earned $20. Isnt it amazing! All you have to do is write reviews of certain products, movies, appliances etc. on the Ciao list and you'll be paid $1 for every review. Plus, the more people who rate your review, the more earnings you have. If you're interested you can send me a private message and i'll send you my link to the site.

I can never get any referrals, either. I am looking to earn real money, too. I am just not quite sure what I am doing wrong. Oh well.
