I love chocholates very much, especially the dark ones. Hersheys, Cadburys and Nestle are my favourites. Just now I read in an article that chocholates are healthy and eating them has some good effects in the body. The article says that chocholates helps to lower the blood pressure and also fight against heart disease..Is it not a good news? I really could not believe this..wow..Are chocholates really healthy?

Yep! As long as we take it in moderation. AND dark chocolate really is more healthful that milk chocolate. I actually saw an article on this and decided to pass the message in my blog (Things We Love to Hate LOL it sounded like the best candidate for an entry then!). I think it would only in moderation, unfortuanately I only like milk chocolate and i don't think that is as healthy, all I know is chocolate makes me feel good so thats good enough for me, although i do worry about it being fattening...

Moderation, my dear. If you ate it all day long, the fats in it would not be so good for you, and the sugar is bad for your teeth. You won't really have a whole lot of benefits outweighing that. But eat it if you want, go ahead! Just, don't have too much.

Yes chocolates are healthy but be sure not to eat much because everything that is too much is not good. Also have you heard the news about melamine containing milk from China I read that those are ingredients in making chocolates so be sure you are eating the safe ones.
