what's that 'level' all about??

i have noticed that some mylottersd to have the word 'level' beside their names follo9wed by a number..what does is it mean??how to increase my level and where can i see it?

That's a reputation. You will get it when you have made 100th post. The star number can be up and down. It depends with other people how rate you. If you get "+" you star will be increase and inverse one. Keep post happy myLotting...
