It could be. Nothings been confirmed anywhere that I know of yet. Other rumours are that Lizard, Back Cat or Carnage could be the villains. I doubt that they'd all be present, not if there are going to be less villains than in 3.

Well I watched an interview on sam raimi on IGN.com that spiderman 4 would be coming out in 20011 and that there is a strong possibility that the villians will be carnage and lizard(DR.conners). I hope they will because they are both very tough and spiderman needs a challenge. spiderman 5 is coming out the following year. Sources say aunt may is going to find out he's spiderman. I hope spidey does'nt have to much pressure. Hope that answers your question.
