Do you love your job?

I guess a lot of people think that im lucky to get this job. I am working in a call center and in our country working in BPO is an oppurtunity, you get to have a higher salary than the average Juan can earn, job perks and etc.. A lot of bonus as they say. However, its not easy. Do I love my job? I would say yes because I get to send my brother to college because of my job, also help my parents in daily expenses. However I don't think this job is where I can be a Peak Performer. For almost 3 year of working in this industry, I can''t find myself growing old in this job. Its not my thing I guess. Im just trying several job where I can be more effective and work as if not working.

[i]I guess I just have to work harder so that I can apply for a higher position in the industry...BMS maybe.lol.Just kidding but honestly our office gave me a chance to believe in myself,to have my self esteem and self confidence back.I owe it to our office.I am still hoping that someday I will not take in calls and I can sit on the high chair or stay in one of the training labs,I know you know what I mean....
But I'll just have to wait for the right timing.

For me you have shown how strong you ar as a person. It does not matter whetjher you work in a call canter or anu executive position avaible right now. As long as you enjoy what you are doing , being with people you love , you rock!
