My father and mother are fight almost every week,what can I do?

We are ordinary family. But my parents are quarrel from 20 years ago.Can you help me.I can't find a way to stop that.They are not for the money ,just for some small things at home.

I think that you should speak up. Of course, with respect and in a respectful manner, you should tell your parents exactly how you feel about their quarrels. Maybe if they know how much it affects or hurt you, they might make efforts to avoid fighting again.
