How many children do you want?

And how many children do you have now? I used to always think I wanted a large family, maybe 5 kids. I now have 1 son. I recently lost a baby due to an ectopic pregnancy. Which was a very tramatic experience, but it has changed my views. I am terrified to get pregnant again. So now I think I only want 1 more. So that would be 2 kids for me. Maybe if the next pregnancy sticks.

for me two (One Girl and One Boy) are enough, but before having them I beg God to strengthen my shoulders to take a good care of my kids. Pray for me please

All parents need prayer.:) I think that's what most parents and parents to be pray for anyway....especially when they've just done the naughtiest thing possible.

sorry about your lose. I just wanted kids. Didin't have a set number in mind. My 1st was a girl and she wanted (still wants) a little sister. So I tried again and again and again and she got 3 brothers. I would still like to have another little girl. So I guess the number for me would be 5 if I knew the next one would be a girl.

I'm kind of in the same boat as you. I have one daughter, and wanted a huge family. Then I had 2 miscarriages back to back and am scared it will happen again, but I at least want one more, so I won't give up just yet. Sorry about your loss !

4....I think. I have 3 children atm - all under 3 - and 2 step-children I do see, 16 & 13 and one I don't who is 8. All boys except the 16yo. But - my recent experience with a baby who is a non-sleeper now at 9 weeks has not put me off. I intend to keep having babies until A: God tells me to stop and B: I get one that WILL sleep ( they've all been little no-sleep tyrants)
