Ciao US and Ciao UK

Can i joined both of them? I am currently a member of ciao US and i find that there's Ciao Uk, anyboday can tell me information and anybody here is a member of the ciao US and the same thime Ciao UK? Cheers!

I fear if it can lead to your account cancellation. Why do you want to take a risk?

I'm not sure if they allow it or not..But why to take a risk? I have heard that CIAO bans the accounts too..
