How to speak with a fluently?

Hi nanaxue, You are not alone, i am also like you even though i always read, write and watch english movies, it is still hard for me to speak english fluently for i dont put it on to practice. The best thing to do it is to use english when you communicate with other person who speak and understand it so you can enhance and practice your skill by talking. Try too have a friend that is purely english speaking so you will make an effort to express yourself in speaking so that he can understand you. They said practice makes perfect. you have to get lost in USA to learn english,,,,hahaha!!!! like it happened to me years ago. Or you can come here to my lot and learn to write english better. You can see american television channels all the time and you will learn also are you in China right now or USA???

Hi there Nanaxue! The best thing to do is to practice. Practice will help a lot. Once you can hear for yourself that you're getting better, you will find self-confidence with your speaking eventually. Good luck!
