do you keep reminders?

most of the people in today fast moving world do not enjoy very good memory and they need reminders to set on their pc or cellphones.
what about you and where do you keep them? are they useful and do you keep them regularly or for important events only?

Well usually while taking my breakfast I write everything for me not to forget, like what will I buy for today, the menu what I want my gf to cook hahaha, even telephone nos. and cell phone number I write it down. What will I do that day and places I will go cause my work is in the field. Occassion or who's birthday , p4ople who I have to call when I reach the office alot more. Just for me to remind myself. Good night!
