how mylot earn money / myLot

I am a fresh in mylot and i have some questions about it. The biggest one is that how mylot earn money. As we all know that mylot will pay for everyone who earn money from it, but where the money come? from advertisement or other sponsers? i don't know. who can explain it for me. Thanks a lot!
