Stepped out and appreciated the day? Told someone you loved them? Cried tears of happiness? Cried tears of saddness? Opened the windows and smelled the fresh air? Started a garden? Had a family game night? Family dinner? Smell the flowers? Help out someone in need? Cuddled up an watched a family movie? Took a vacation, if only for a few minutes!? Thought about a way to help a needy family for the upcoming holidays? Prayed? Forgiven someone? I love my life!

Well, I will definately take the time to appreciate the day after I get off work. Thanks for the positive post.

Your welcome. I let things in my life get pretty crazy a few months ago and I would often forget the important things. So I have started implementing alot more positive things in my life. It has been great! Happy Mylotting!

AWESOME! If more people would take a few minutes out of everyday and do something like that the world would maybe become a better place. Appreciating life and your loved ones is very important. It makes you a better, happier person!

I stepped out and appreciated the day today and took in the smell of the fresh air it smelt so clean and earthy cause it had been raining. Also me my mum and brother were all talking earlier and it turned into a quiz as one of us was talking about an article they just read, the quiz turned into laugther and we were all crying cause we were laughing so hard its times like that when u appreciate how much those close to you really mean.

That is so great! So many people forget all the little things because they are so caught up in the day to day grind. It is a great feeling to appreciate life and your loved ones!

Yes, I have. One thing that comes to mind in when it rained a few days ago. It has not rained here for months and when I finally did, I was so grateful for that beautiful rain!

I love the rain! My daughter's name is Raina! It is great and I love the smell in the air after a good rain!
