There is this guy at work that has been trying to talk to me for a while and I dont know if i should because i dont like for my business to be out and I know how some guys and they run their mouths. Did it work out? Was it like a "booty-call" or a real relationship? If it ended, did it affect your performance at work? Didi u remain friends? Were they the type of person that gossip about the relationship?

dont do it....I had one of these and all it was, was a booty call. Rumors did go around and it wasnt fun to be looked upon badly by other co-workers.

I have become intimately involved with a co-worker. It was not a good thing to do because I was a supervisor and although he worked different shifts, talk got around quickly. Our situation was more of a "booty-call" because stuff at work prevented us from getting closer. It is hard to deal with after a break up, because you have to remain cordial at work to each other and not allow hard feelings to affect your performance. It is not something I would do again.

DON'T do it. From what you've posted it doesn't sound like you're very much interested in him, so you shouldn't date him. It will get out, I've seen it happen, there will be rumours about it, and you will probably get in trouble from your superiors regardless or whether your performance goes down hill or not. I got drunk with a couple of co-workers about a year ago and it still haunts me. Me and one of the guys still work at the same place, and it gets really awkward whenever we have the same shift, even though we are still friends.
