evoiding Baldness

Hi every body, I'm 37 and I am lacking hair progressively. is there anyone who knows how to evoid baldness. Pleeeeeeeeeeease

maybe it's in your genes,why not see a doctor for that (hhahaha) just copycut your response to me.but kidding aside,use a better shampoo that prevents baldness,try to consult a physician and seek some advise..but then again most of my friends with baldness problems are from thier genes.look at your parents,are they also suffering the same fate.if they do,then that must be the reason...

they are indeed. but I wish to delay the baldness. I have tried some supposed delaying hair-lacking shampoos and I didn't notice any better.
