if a girl often looks at you, does it mean she likes you?

i used to have this officemate who often stares in my direction. sometimes i would catch her looking at me and she would avert her gaze immediately. sometimes our eyes would meet for a second or two. she was always the one to stop looking first.
so i was just wondering, does it somehow mean she likes me? or could there be just something stuck on my face all the time? we were doing this staring game until i left the company.
i honestly do not know what it means. a little help please... :D

Maybe she likes you maybe not. You should have ask her why she always stare at you. Do you like her to? Why did you stare at her too? Maybe there's some kind of a connection between the two of you.

she is pretty, but she is not my type. and i do not even know her name. that's why i find it hard to approach her and ask her about the staring game :D
the best connection we've ever had so far is our eye contact. and i only stare at her because she stares at me first. anyway, i would never know if she likes me or not since i already left the company where i used to work.

I think she likes you.. a girl won't stare at a guy if she does not like his aura or his looks.. maybe you look good on her that's why she keep's staring at you.. so sad you left the company.. you should have at least started a small talk.. not all girls like to start it.. I sometimes stare at guys when they look good or when I feel like he kinda like me too..hihi.. I tell you this.. if someone stares at you try to give her a smile... that would be a fresh start for you... ;)

If that girls would look at you when you look too, then it`s another thing, but just what you said, i don`t think that she likes you. Please don`t be mad on me, but i know that from my experience. The easiest way it`s to talk with her, and see if she likes you or not. You`ll be 100% sure, just when you`ll be with her. Until then, anything it`s possible.
