Some thing important about CIAo rating

Dear friends to day i'm very sad for a bad happenings in CIAo ,which is related to rating each other reviews,generally most of users rate reviews either helpful or very help ful or exceptional,very rarely some rate not help ful or some what helpful.One girl is there who is very egoist about her reviews and she rated twice my reviews some what helpful whee as all other rated those reviews very helpful or helpful,i felt sad as this rating reducing my points,then i went to read her reviews and found in her review about one indian movie where she compared that story with face off movie of hollywood which was irrelevant as the movie's story was different so i rated her some what helpful and i commented also,then she again rated negatively but (without any comment) my recent review and for her suddenly my points went down and when i rated same to her she was threatening to report abuse to ciao against me..in message and already reported abuse.I also wrote to ciao, as ciao guide line clearly said you can rate according to ur understanding,u need not to agree with author's rating or review...i can't understand why some people doing this and i'm really tensed today guessing what will happen next.So i request all ciao users to avoid such nasty people,it is better not to mess with them.
