what do you do to initiate your referal to post more on my lot

friends i had enough referal on mylot but none of them was succesful but all of them just came and gone but now i am thinkng to refer more friends personally so what do you suggest me to do initiate more them to respond or post on mylot because the earlier ones just ran away and never came back with so many requests please tell an effective way and also an remedy to make the old referals come to my lot
