When your time is up?

Sadly yesterday a young girl in the town where I live was hit by a bus and killed, she was not yet 16.A true tragedy. The bus had been re routed due to the fair that comes to town once a year, so it would not normally have been where this girl was. Nobody knows what happened, whether the girl was not paying enough attention or the driver was not paying enough attention. People are blaming the fair and saying that the girl would not have been killed if the Bus had been in its usual place.
As much of a tragedy it is, I believe that if she was meant to die yesterday, then she was going to die yesterday no matter where she was. My Mum said something that I found quite true "if it's got your name on it,it's got your address on it too". What do you think, do you think once your time is up,theres nothing you can do about it? 3 of my friends were killed before they reached 19 and I truly believe that their time was up because they were meant for better things than this world. May the young girl rest in peace. NB i apologise if this offends anyone, this is just how I feel.

Monte,
You and I share the same belief. Our number will be called
when it's our time. Accidents do happen but all don't survive
for a reason. I really feel the hurt this family must be going
through. Please let them know this.
When my own daughter passed over at 15, in a car accident...
my whole world stood still. In my heart, I feel that she went
on to her next phase.
How are you? It must have been hard to lose 3 friends. Always
know that there are some very good grief support groups, even on the Internet.
Beyond Indigo is great!
