What do you do when you see police activity near your house?

Do you watch from your window, or do you go outside to see what is happening. I live next door to a Welsh Farms convenient store. I looked out of my window about twenty minutes to see if my husband had come home. Then I heard a car door, thought it was my husband and went to the window, and saw seven police cars in the parking lot of the store. They are walking around with flashlights. One car left but the others are still there. I do not think the store is closed, I believe they close at ten. I am so curious as to what happened, but I wouldn't go outside this time of night. What do you do when there is police activity near your house?

Same thing here I do look at the window to find out what is going on. But I usually find it out from my neighbors.

I usually just watch from my window unless I am already outside.

Whenever I see anything going on outside that is police activity I hardly ever go outside unless it's not during a crazy time and if going outside can get me a better view of what is going on. I like to watch from the house if I can. It always makes me really curious as to what is going on when anything is going on outside, especially if it involves police activity.

If I hear sirens or see lights, I may look to see where they are, but after that, I don't stare. I may be curious, but I would rather not invite trouble by poking my nose into other people's busness.
