what kind of shampoo do you usually use?

I change my shampoo from time to time. Prolonged use can dry your hair or even cause dandruff instead of keeping your hair clean and healthy. I now use Vaseline coz I really love the smell. In a few months I'll be trying another brand as long as it has conditioner in it too. I don't really like using a separate conditioner. I find it too taxing.

I have problems with shampoo because they are too strong and as a result i have lots of falling hair. I use really mild shampoo.

I usually try every variety available. I want to know which is the best to use so I seriously read the labels. The label provides the hint on what is the main benefit of the shampoo. I choose the one with strengthen the strands and make it shiner.
