Stress is our reaction to any stimulus (physical, mental, or emotional -internal or external) that tends to upset us. When the reactions are inappropriate, they can lead to health problems. The diseases most often connected to stressful environment are heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer.
Additionally, doctors are seeing increasing incidents of stress and being connected to other conditions such as asthma, allergies, migraines, ulcers, bowel and skin problems. Infact 75-90% of all visits to the doctor are related to stress.
To deal with stress effectively, identify the sources, either within yourself or your environment, and then plan strategies for copping.
Ideas to help you relieve stress:
1. Rise early, reserve an hour before family wakes up. This will help you to get organised for the day.
2. Share your workload with family and co-workers.
3. Take breaks in the day - even just 10 minutes to clear your head and catch breath.
4. Set aside time for exercise.
5. Don't take on too much at once.
6. Give yourself permission to be imperfect.
7. Learn to say "no".
8. Eliminate clutter from your life.
9. Relax with some music occasionally.
10. Develop a forgiving attitude.

i agree to some of your ways. but to me ur #1 to rise early is abit tiring for me and #4 to exercise is good but i am too lazy to do so. at times u might find it difficult to share workload with family members. to relieve stress normally i listen to music or i just nag at my hubby.. haha.. to develop a forgiving attitude is also a good way not to stress ourself...

Music is also good but if you can shake off the laziness and start exercising now it will do you some good!

I also agree with you, especially with #4. It doesn't even have to be serious excerise... a nice long walk along the beach, a lake, in the mountains, anywhere relaxing is a great stress-breaker. Taking a relaxing walk a few times a week is a great way to clear your mind and receive some excerise at the same time.

Exercise can do alot in our body, it will rid your body off stress and other substances that are harmful to the body. So it is good to exercise!

i agree with you too,especially the 7th one,"learn to say 'no'",i think every of us should learn to say 'no',or your life will be very tired.for example,you are a so kind-hearted person,you don`t want to refuse other people when they ask you to do something,so i believe you will be very tired and stressful.
learn to say no will make you have a relax life!
