How often you buy dresses for you child?

This is something i would like to ask,how often u buy dresses for your child as we see now a days even dresses for the small ons are being kind of expensive.I buy dresses for my son when any function comes up or when I o out and if i see any dress which is really good I buy but then i make sure that i dont get the costly ones.

I love buying dresses for my two girls. Yes, clothing are getting expensive these days so I just satisfy myself sometimes of looking at them at the mall. But when I need to buy clothes for them, I go to those areas where kids' clothes are on sale. And I am glad, SM Department stores and some boutiques always have sale items on them. I also try to buy outdoor clothings which have brands even if they are more expensive sometimes. It's because the colors last long and they still look new after so many use, unlike the cheaper brands which look old after just one washing. But for house clothes, I buy the cheap ones since my kids change clothes very often because of the hot weather.

I buy clothes for my daughter when I see a really good deal for it. I dont buy expensive clothes. Lately, I have bought some clothes on walmart that are on sale. They're really nice. Also, I buy in big size that way I saved money and she will not outgrow the clothes easily

I love hitting up the end of season sales, you can find great deals this time of yr, it's finding the right size & hoping it fits can sometimes be a bit tricky.

I wish my daughter would wear dresses! She is 8 and would rather wear sweats or jeans. If she asked me to buy her a dress, I would buy it regardless the price, just to see her in a dress.

I was like that too when I was a kid. I hated dresses!
SOmetimes bribery helps to get them to wear one ;)

I mainly buy dresses for pictures to be taken in and that's about it. Sometimes I'll see some nice summer play dresses for cheap then I'll buy them otherwise I don't go out of my way to put them in dresses anymore.

I agree dresses nowadays are too expensive especially for the young ones...I have 2 kids 1 boy (9y/o) & 1 girl (6 y/o) that's why I often buy them clothes once every 2 moths...and also see to it that I bought them dress during 3 day sale usually it is 50%off the price & it's really a good way of not spending too much..& the fact that you get the good quality but on a lower price...every quarter we have a 3 day sale in different malls here & it's a great help...and I see to it that I bought at least 1 or 2 dresses for my kids during those "sale" days...being a mom you need to be practical also in buying clothes for your kids....
