my little girl is 2 years old,cute and smart.But she has a bile,how can i do when she is crying?

i think it's normal for a 2 year old kid. i have a niece which was smart and cheerful, but had a bad temper in that age. she easily cried when she didn't get what she wanted. but she is much better now (about 5 years old).
i cannot give you the good advices as i haven't got my own children, just be patient
