I am a milk drinker. Honestly, I was weaned from being a bottled feed baby at the age of six years old. That time I was already feeling ashamed of other people teasing me. After that I forgot about milk. Really, I didn't drink milk anymore like other children. When I was in primary school I love drinking coffee. It made me addicted to it. My eyes that time kept on blinking everytime. I didn't know if it was the effect from always drnking coffee. And my mother could not forced me to drink milk again. When I was in high school, I tried to stop drinking coffee because I was so disturbed by the constant blinking of my eyes and honestly it was beginning to subside. So that it made me looked for milk again. Until now, I only drink milk. Because few times I tried using coffee again I experienced palpatation. My heart beats so fast. It made me tremble.
How about you? Do you go for milk, coffee or tea?

Hello,Meticulo! Milk, coffee and tea have their own action in our body.however all are good for health.Drinking a glass of milk with honey is good for the health as well as it brings in a very good night sleep.Benefits of drinking tea are many.If you cold, tea will warm you up.If you are too heated,it will cool you.If you are depressed,it will cheer you.If you are excited,it will calm you.Research has revealed that antioxidants found in tea can help in reducing cardiovascular diseases, prevent cancer, and improve immune system. So also coffee.Drinking two cups of coffee can lower the risk of heart diseases and prevent colon cancer. So it is up to you to decide what to drink for benefiting your health.thanx.

Yes, I agree with you bbsr13!. While there are benefits for all of these, as there are side effects and contra-indications. Like for example, if you have a lactose intolerance you must see to it that the milk you drink is lactose free so that you will not experience gastro-intestinal problems. Coffee also should not be taken if you are taking some medicines that is contra-indicated with caffeine or contra-indicated with the disease itself. But anyway, there are decaffeinated coffee nowadays. So whatever we take in we will just be wary. Thanks for sharing your opinion bbsr13!

I know, milk is good for my health, but i'd like to have a coffee bar in the future, and my land produces tea. To be honest, I am not addicted to any of them.I drink milk when i am hungry,I take a cup of coffee when i am reading, and I have a bottle of tea when i am going to a class. I don't think we should rely on any special thing,it's not very good for us.And in my opinion, the best drink is water.
