WHAT ARE THE COLOURS IN YOUR NATIONAL FLAG -just a general knowledge

Im from the philippines and our flag have four colors. red which stands for bravery. blue for peace white for purity yellow-dont know what it means our flag have 3 stars which represents 3 major parts-luzon visayas and mindanao. it also have a sun with 8 rays which stands for the first 8 provinces which fought against the spaniards. when in time of peace the blue part is superior and in time of war the red one is on top.
