Hello, Together my boyfriend and I are doing Weight Watchers. We use the flexipoints program with a cd-rom. Its very usefull and we both lost a few kilo's. But...since our vacation and a very stressfull graduation (I'm still busy) I can't get into the Weight Watchers program again. Does anyone else do Weight Watchers and can we help each other? Mien

Hi Mien, I used Weight Watchers when I was working in Pennsyvania, hehe, I think ppl are easy to gain weight when under stress. Now I am living with my husband in Nashville, TN, life is easy and happy, and I cook everyday, we eat very healthy, now, I am fit, and not weight watchers needed any more. I guess when you are graduated, and have a period of spare time, you can cook yourself healthy food, and eat correctly!

I think you're right. It's hard to keep myself to the plan because the stress is high. And I don't have time to cook healty. I'll try to do my best to follow the plan, but I'll save the real losing weight until I'm graduated. At this moment graduating is the most important! Thanks for the support!

I have been doing weight watchers for about 3 years now. I don't follow my points as closely now as I used to becasue I reached my goal of losing 50 pounds over a year ago. And as of now I have kept it off! When I first started the meetings really helped me. I guess I just needed to feel as if i was "answering" to someone to stay on track. Maybe you all could find a local meeting and attend for a month or so until you get started back on track. Some people like them and others don't. It has just become a lifestyle now so I will go on line to get some new recipes and things but after a while it will just come natural. As they say it isn't a diet it is a lifestyle change. Hmmm I should do a commercial! LOL Good Luck and check out weightwatchers.com if you haven't already.

Hi! It's good to see that it really helps you. I would like it to become a lifestyle for me, because I feel better when I eat the right way. It's too bad I can't go to the meetings because of a lack of time. But I find the website of weightwatchers (I look at the dutch site, and sometimes the one from belgium) a good help, also in motivating me. Where do you get good recipies?

I have never done weight watchers but I have several friends on it. One of my closest friend has lot 55 pounds and I am soooo proud of her. But I wish I had the will power to give up the food, I'n starting to put on weight and I HATE it. I also have a Wii and it is great for keeping active in the winter because we get cold weather here... Good luck to you, I hope you find someone to help you

It's good to hear that a friend of you has lost weight! That motivates me. I can do it! And you've got a Wii! We too. I like it a lot and my boyfriend too. We just bought it last weekend, so its quite new to us, but it's addictive! And its a good way to stay active if it's cold outside, cause here it's pretty cold in winter too. I'm from the Netherlands, where are you from? And do you have a balance board? I'm thinking about buying one, but there so expensive!
