Do you plan your shopping needs or do it for pleasure? will you fix the amount you want to spend or you buy what ever you like ?I always fix my budget and try to stick to it.

I do plan my trips but that is half the fun. What makes shopping fun for me is finding the best deals, saving time and efficency while I am out and being able to find exatly what it is I am looking for.

I dont really stick to a budget but I try not to make impulse purchases on things I don't really need. If you budget yourself you should consider buying liquidation items. LutLot Liquidations http://www.lutlot.com sells the items that the major department stores are liquidating. You can buy brand new products for a fraction of the price that you'd pay in the retail stores. For instance, new toys. They are still in the box, still wrapped in plastic wrap. I do plan my shopping. I will make a list before shopping. I don't buy the things that I don't need. This because I don't want to over spend from my budget. I like to save money. I will save some money that I get. The savings can help if I need money for emergency.
