teeth whitening tips

teeth whitening is what everyone wants, but most people like me cant be bothered paying like $1000, i use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash and within a week my teeth are way whiter, also mix it with bicard soda and use it once in a while it works good aswell, what do you guys use and any examples of bad ones.

I used to use baking soda but after my dentist told me that baking soda can ruin my teeth, I change and use Crest Whitestrips.

I also use peroxide and baking soda. I mix it into a paste and brush with it like toothpaste, usually after I brush me teeth regular first. I've used the whitening strips as well. I think they actually work pretty well and give quicker results.
