It's almost that time of year. Oct 31...HALLOWEEN. For the past 8 years, my son's school banned Halloween because some parents argued that it is a religious "activity" and should not be "celebrated" at school. All of a sudden this year, with a new principal in place, the school is having a Halloween parade, party, etc. So, what is Halloween to you?

Halloween i think is not a religious activity. It's more fantasy and funfare really for kids and adults too. It's nice to have a halloween, it only comes once a year.
When I was in grade school I did not know much about halloween but instead we celebrate all saints day and all souls day November 1st and 2nd which are religious activities but somehow people do the halloween thing during these days.
Now, there's Halloween being celebrated October 31 here but mostly in cities not so in rural towns where they still stick to own tradition.
