Why are before scared of paypal freezzing accounts

Paypal freezes the account for security reasons but Today After reading the statement from neobux administrator i am kind of surprised. i had my paypal account quite a number of time but i mange to open it ans restore it back all in few weeks time. i think I am pretty new to these processors lol as now i know they freeze account for other reasons too. neobux must never have been facing the problem of chargebacks as they are really paying and no one should really have any problem with them I guess. Can you tell me other reasons for the account being locked or freezed .
