do you judge a person hy his/her profile picture?

Sometimes i tend to judge the person base on picture, I think we fall into situation that its part of being human to judge somebody base on looks!

No, I do not judge someone by their avatar picture, though I know some people on here have done that with mine. Some are nice about it, others are downright rude. I see nothing wrong with my picture. I am a grown woman, I'm not naked, and the picture is tiny in size. I've seen worse pictures inside shopping malls. Bigger than life posters that show women in less than what I am wearing, right in plain sight for anyone to see, including kids. And don't even get me started with what can be seen at beaches, TV, the Internet, etc. The only reason I even put this picture up in the first place was because my husband asked me to. And since I have been using it for over a year now it is like my trademark. I am not going to stop using it because some on here is offended. If they are offended, then they don't have to look. I don't pretend to be something I'm not. That just isn't me.

Not really. I do not like some the avatars though. some of the avatars are very misleading and the person may or may not be genuine.

No I do not judge a person by their picture, in fact half the time I do not even pay attention to it!

there is not information from the profile picture to judge a person completely, but it does help me in knowing about them a little more, so i would say that it helps about 25% in knowing the person

i dont judge picture on their profile.everyone has the right to put what they like.as they said"dont judge the book by each cover" so means dont jud the picture unless you know them better

First I never looked at a vampire like that made me think and laugh thanks. And I have to say I think I do look at the profile pic first I would still talk to that person and then maybe I would change my mind, but I do look first ( BAD ME ).

nah, not at all. i dont judge people that quick. especially base personality on picture alone. pics can be deceiving, ya know. oh yeah...i didn't judge you of your pic lol :P but it sure is scary :P

I donot judge a person by his/her picture, cause you don't really have to know ppl are good or not online. The important hing is that I don't believe there are a lot of evil ppl in this world....hehe, I simply choose the profile picture that I think interesting....And I do not know how to change my profile pic.... Like your pic seems to be....but I am sure you r not a bad guy....

i dont judge people on their avatars. there are more to people than just their photos. and there are more to people than just their responces. this is the net you can be what ever you want to be and kjnowing a person is through communicating with them on personal messages and not here at posts only. there are a lot of things you have or we have to know ona person so we can not base it on responces or in photos.

of course,i agree with you.there is an old saying:Never judge a book by it'cover,for a cover can fool you. however,in the dairly life,a person's profile can tell us what he could be.what in our eyes can signify what in our heart.when we surfing the net,there is many thing unture.

hi jijomathew I dont judge by profile pictures.they dont tell the whole story .I judge by what a mylotter says in her or his' discussions and responses. They say so much more about us than a picture ever could. they show whether we are cold or warm hearted, compassionate, or stiff, well just so much.

I rarely judge a person by his or her avatar, but it's the first impression you have of a fellow myLotter after all. It's also interesting to see the main image people choose to represent themselves.

I never judge people base on there profile picture. I judge them base on there answers in the previous discussion. If i read something offensive they did before i know that is the kind of person i dont wanna add on my list of friend. I dont right away just people base on profile picture alone.

Many says that your personality reflects on everything that you do. but i do not judge you as you are in the picture. but i can say that you are more of that. You're a party goer. you're making night into day and vice versa. are you moody? well, lets see if you react! (hehe..)happy vampiring! HArrr
