i have migraines a lot and im not on a daily medication that has lessen the severity of my daily migraines but other than that i take excederin or rest/sleep it off.. some times meds dont help at all and the side affects arent worth it.. so sometimes i just take a nap or stay away from noisy things etc.. i tried taking honey every day but that didnt work and was gross haha

I had terrible migranes as a young woman, but menipause has helped. All I wanted was relief from the pain, a dark room, no noise, no movement, and pain pills. It usually took 2-3 days each month to get over it.

hi dear savypat it is good that it is all over and you are free from it!! i still wish to inform you that for all such sufferers there is something like a magnetic bracelet available. which regulates the blood supply and thus boosts the oxygen supply to all parts f the body including brain so that all pain related to nerves , and muscular systems are automatically and naturally removed!! in case you feel the need for yourself or somebody feel free to send message to me. i will inform the details in case you need them. good luck!!

yes dear savypat we are already eating poisonous food(laced with insecticides, pesticides and fertilisers) every day, and inhaling poisonous smoke from the industries and vehicles and having enough noise pollution and electromagnetic radiation and if some good thing is offered or informed this is the kind of reaction!! strange are the ways of human beings!!

I'n going to add a caution here. Make sure you research anything you are going to but. There have been many scams about bracelets in the past, sime even resulting in copper poisioning.

Hello! I get migraines a couple of times a month. I can feel them coming on and can stop them at times, but other times are awful! The lights start to get really bright and that's all she wrote. I do have migrane medicine that I take at times, Maxalt 10, but when they're that bad, a quiet, dark room is the best thing for me...I do take at least something in combination with the dark room though. They don't just go away by themselves. I've tried not to take anything before and ended up having one that lasted for a week. If you have any ideas please share. Thanks!

My husband suffered with migranes for 2 years. He took so many mediacations that I couldn't possibly name them all. One that really seemed to help was Imitrex. Sometimes he could sense them coming on and sometimes they just arrived out of nowhere. Dark rooms and quiteness helped a little. And if it wasn't possible he wore sunglasses all of the time. About 6 months ago they just stopped. He hasn't had one since. No medication can I give credit to and there was as much explanation as to why they stopped as to why they started! NONE We are just glad they're gone.

hi dear fasttalker, you and your husband both are lucky!, now that the migrain is not coming back!!. it is a very painful situation and people at large are suffering a lot!!and at the top of it whatever medication they take seems to be giving some kind of side effects too!!

I have been extremely lucky never experiencing a migraine They have made some advancements that today i believe they do have medication Maybe someone who has migraines can elaborate I have a few friends with this problem and it is mind boggling to see the frustration and pain One other thing i guess it would be as to how long these migraines and how often do they occur I would say we have many different stories re this Good Luck

I believe i had migrane on my high school days.I always had headaches before. It was really hurting me but i didn't take any medicines for it.I just didn't mind it anyway. It's normal to have headache sometimes but i didn't feel that kind of pain since then.
