Do you think that a person can be contented if he or she was financialy stable?
I don't think so, humans are truly an uncontented creatures, even they have lots of money they still want more, they will invest or try some ways to add more, good or in the bad ways. But truly a person who has a lot of money has a lot of problems too.

Nope. People has this ability that even they are financially stable they still crave for more. They are not contented for what they have. Of course people with lots of money has lots of problems too. How they can stay to be rich forever?, I think will be their problem for the rest of their life because if they got poor they will be the center of rumor of their society.

There are people in this world who get contented with whatever they got. Those are the true Christians. There is a way to do that. It's thru Christ. One example is St. Paul. Proof: Philippians 4:11-13
[11] Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
[12] I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
[13] I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

I was always taught that money does not buy happiness....and I believe this o be very true alot of the time. Everyone wants to get more and more all the time. No one seems to be content to settle at one point in life or another.
Mind you to not have to struggle financially can be a welcome relief at times, but as I said there would be other issues that arise in life besides monetary ones.

yes dear omar0913, human nature is to ask for more always!!
and their hunger for power, money etc. is unsatiable!!
well money is not the solution to all the problems , and it is true that many problems are generated because of money!!

If a person is financially stable it's no guarantee that a person is contented with his or her life. Sometimes having acquired more money makes one more greedy to have more than what's in there.
And yes, having lots of money has it's effects like in making more money some persons are left out like family is not priority anymore because you have to make more money.
But I know some people who have lots of money like to share not literally giving out money but sharing how to do about it or do some charity work. With that small/big act they are somewhat contented.

I know one person here in our country that uses his money for some charity works, but still his not contented for he wants to help all his fellow countrymen. When he was interviewed he says that he can't sleep if he sees someone begging for alms. Now he was elected as one of the mayor in our country, and a lot of politicians are getting iritated for what he is doing, they cannot do what he can.
