What are some good recipes that are also fairly simple?

Have you ever heard of Impossible Cheeseburger pie? YUM! Recipe is on side of Bisquick box, and on website. You basically brown 1 lb of ground beef (I like it with some onion), then add to pie dish. Mix bisquick, egg and milk, pour over meat in pie dish. Add cheese and cook! It is just like a huge cheeseburger. To add a tomato before placing in the oven is great, or just enjoy with ketchup and mustard!
