Verification of AlertPay Account

Hi all, I've just received payment from several of my PTC account, I was so happy when I log into my Alertpay account and saw money in my account. So I try to withdraw the money, to my surprise I was unable to do any transaction over my account,no making payment,no request money,deposit or withdraw funds, I can't even change my password. AlertPay said : Unfortunately, we had to put a temporary hold on your AlertPay untill you become AlertPay Verified. Any one of you here have AlertPay account? Is this the common rules? To verified they request my Photo ID and Proof of Address, is it save to send in my personal info? cause my Paypal account never give me is kind of problem. Please advise... Regards
