Why does my cat like to sit on paper?

Newspaper,my homework,anything!She just likes to sit on paper.
What's up with that?

I have the same problem. The reason your cat sits on anything you do is because she wants you to pay attention to her. Remember, cats don't have masters- they have employees- which is us! LOL There are times when I won't even give my cat the attention at that time and she'll go away. However, it's gotten so bad that late at night, when i'm sleeping, she'll get up in my face and rub her whiskers against my nose. Smart one she is! But like I said, she's seeking attention... It seems they want attention on their time and their schedule. So, if you have the time, go ahead and give her the attention and she'll leave you alone for a little bit.
