How often do you change your bedding?

How often do you change your bedding? I change my bedding at least once a week, sometimes twice, but my friend just told me she changes hers once a month if that!! I thought that was gross but she thinks im obsessive doing as often as I do.

I'm not changing my bedding by myself. My mother done this work. She always change it once a week. Sometimes I help her changing the bedding. Keep post happy myLotting.

oh wow..once a month? yikes.. lol that's really gross. i change mine at least every 3 days. i like the bedding clean and a bit crisp. :P

I change mine once a week. I have a house cleaning schedual and it is one of my weekly chores. Its not so much that I feel like it is dirty, I love the way fresh laundry smells, and I worry that if I dont have a weekly schedual it is one of thoes things that I will put off.

About twice a month, every two weeks or something like that. Maybe more if we've sweated or something, but other then that twice a month suffices. I don't think you'd like me to tell you how often I changed my bedding before, when I was very busy with work / just lazy as heck.
