What makes you healthy?

I walk a lot and work a lot, that makes me healthy. I also make sure my diet is good. No junk foods of any kind, no too much sweets, no too much fats, no alcohol, no cigarettes. I sleep as long as I feel it. i wake up early, do my household chores, wash clothes, cook, clean then go to my computer and still have time to go to work and teach the children. That is me.
I laugh and play with the children around. Get mad when I don't like what I see and do as i wish provided it won't hurt anybody. I feel free. Freedom adds to my health. I look at life simply and live a simple life.
That is what makes me healthy everyday.

For me my health is a top priority, i do an exercise and most important i take supplement.. do you

Well, aside from eating well and exercising everyday, although I got sick, one things that makes me feel healthy is to be happy. I do try my best not to worry too much and I just try to keep a happy environment. Worrying a lot makes me feel bad and it affects me mentally, physically, and emotionally as well. Acceptance of what we have and realization that in life, we encounter new things. Could be good or bad but it really happens. No time to worry too much about it. We can always be happy and it makes things positive and my body will follow suit.
