How to stay healthy and stop drinking!

Hi, I would like to share an experience of how I do not have a craving for a drink which i used to have at least thrice a week. The secret is in having green tea daily!!!
Green tea has helped me in not just the craving for a drink, but also helps in keeping me more alert and active. I hope this helps all those who are interested in trying this out
